Our firm successfully convinced the government to redesign approximately 1700 feet of roadway to the benefit of our client. The redesign included a new multilane entrance roadway and placing of thousands of yards of necessary fill on the property. The construction changes resulted in a significant enhancement to the remaining property. Jay Bartlett and Jeff Hinds represented the Firm’s client.
