Elliot Haney joined the firm’s Litigation Group in May of 2021, focusing on complex business disputes in both state and federal courts. Prior to joining BLHT, Elliot practiced construction litigation with a well-respected national law firm based in Tampa.
Elliot has been selected by his peers for inclusion in Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in the area of commercial litigation each year since 2022, and he has been recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star each year since 2023. Elliot frequently represents clients ranging from small, local businesses to Fortune 500 corporations in a wide variety of commercial litigation matters, including contract disputes, property-rights litigation, business torts, construction-defect claims, and employment-related actions.
